Conditions for Exchange/Store Credit

We allow exchanges or store credits in the following scenarios:

1. Damaged or Defective Product: If the product is found damaged or defective upon delivery, notify us within 24 hours with clear pictures and a parcel opening video. After our inspection, we will offer an exchange or store credit if applicable.
2. Incorrect Product Sent: In case the wrong product is delivered, inform us within 24 hours, and we will arrange an expedited exchange for the correct item.

Important Notes for Exchange Requests

• Opening Video: A video of unboxing the parcel is mandatory to process any exchange requests.
• Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from stains, odors, or damage.
• Inspection Process: Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the product fails inspection, no exchange or credit will be provided.

Ineligible for Exchange/Store Credit

• Clearance or sale items.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
• Items specifically marked as non-returnable.

Store Credit Policy

For valid returns or exchanges, a Store Credit Note will be issued, valid for 3 months. The credit note can be used for future purchases in one go.
