We understand that shopping online can sometimes be a hassle, and we are here to make your experience as easy and worry-free as possible. Antique Elegance offers a customer-friendly return, refund, and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Please Read Product Details Carefully Before Confirming Your Order

Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect:

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective in any way, we are happy to offer a replacement with the correct product. To qualify for this, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product via WhatsApp with a photo of the issue. We will schedule a pickup for the return. Make sure the product is packed securely to avoid further damage during return shipping.

Products should be returned in their original packaging with price tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices intact. Once the returned product is received, we will perform a quality check to ensure the issue is our responsibility and not due to misuse. For missing items, we will send the missing parts after verification.

Didn’t Like the Product, Size Not Right, Changed My Mind, or Don’t Need It Anymore:

We take pride in offering high-quality products, but we understand there may be cases where the product isn’t a perfect fit. Since these are art products, minor variations in color, finish, and size may occur due to the nature of the work and depending on your screen settings. Handmade products may also have slight variations.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, price tags, barcodes, labels, and invoices. If the product is found to be damaged or used, the return will be rejected, and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Any damage during re-shipment is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed by reversing the payment, and for COD orders, you will need to provide your account details for the refund. Please note that COD charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

DIY Painting Kits:

If you have started using the DIY painting kit, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds or replacements are only applicable for unused kits with all parts returned, as per the above policies.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been dispatched. Cancellations made after the 4-hour window will incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover return shipping, plus a 3% transaction fee for prepaid orders.

Custom Product Orders:

Custom products, which are made on your request, are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced if the wrong or damaged product is received. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving such products.
